Spacecase

A friend and frequent collaborator, Josh Branin, brought his nephew and aspiring director by the studio to show him what it’s like working with green screen. I decided to take a portrait of him to give him the talent’s perspective. When I asked him what he wanted his character and environment to be, he said, “An Astronaut, lost in space”. We just ran with that and this is what came from our day together.
